Where are your bow ties made?

Every KING-N-ROOK bow tie is made by hand in Brooklyn, New York. USA.

How long will it take for my bow tie to arrive?

It will take your bow tie approximately 1-3 weeks to arrive for domestic orders using the USPS.  Express shipping is available upon request for special occasions. International orders will take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Each bow tie is made to order.

What is your refund/return policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your KING-N-ROOK bow tie, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund. The bow tie must be free of wear, tear and/or defect.

What sizes are your King ties?

Our now ties will fit men with neck sizes 15" - 18". Upon request, we can adjust the length up to 22". Be sure to leave a note when placing your order.

Do bow ties come pre-tied?

No. We sell freestyle bow ties only. But each bow tie comes with a simple step-by-step instruction sheet. You can also view the video on our site for instruction.

What age range is the ROOK collection designed to fit?

ROOK bow ties are designed for boys 5-12 years old. After 12 years, we recommend purchasing from the KING collection. We do not produce infant bow ties.

Do you make custom bow tie orders?

Every bow tie is already custom made.  Customers can choose from available elections and select their reverse fabric as well as the shape of the tie (pointed, butterfly, etc).
